Adult Programs

Okotoks Tennis Centre offers opportunities for lifelong tennis players through our Spring and Summer group clinics and Cardio Tennis offerings. These sessions are run by Scott Wilson, our OTC professional,  who will focus on skill development, while building enjoyment of the great game of tennis.

Please note that we also encourage our youth participants to join our Adult leagues as well; such as our Doubles League, Cardio Tennis, and Singles Box Ladder.

Group clinics: 

Our clinics this year will be offered once starting in May and end in late June and then another at the end of July and start of August.

  • Spring beginner clinic - May 26th, June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
  • Summer beginner clinic - July 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, August 5th, 12th

Cardio Tennis:

Looking for a great workout while using your tennis skills? Cardio Tennis is a upbeat workout routine using tennis skills and constant movement for a cardio workout. It is open to all skill levels and is a good way to improve your heart health, while building your tennis skills. Drop-in classes are held at the following times:

Sunday sessions: 

  • May 6, 13, 20, 27
  • June 3, 10, 17, 24
  • July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
  • Aug 5, 12, 19, 26
  • Sept 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

Thursday sessions:

  • July 5, 12, 19, 26
  • Aug 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
  • Sept 6, 13, 20, 27
